What is your returns policy?

We hope you love your new investment piece. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a Free Returns service. Online orders cannot be returned to a store and must be sent back via our online returns process. Valid returns will be refunded to the original payment method. Please note that the original shipping fee is non-refundable.

To process your return, follow the instructions provided with your order. By scanning the QR code, you will be directed to our online returns portal at meandemchic.com, where you can complete the return process easily.

All products must be returned within 14 days of receipt and in new, unused, unwashed condition, not modified in any way. All accessories (for example, belts) must be in the original packaging with all product tags and labels attached. Shoes must be returned in the dust bag and unworn. Swimwear can be returned if unworn, hygiene seals intact, and all labels attached. Returned products must be free from marks or stains.

Jewellery returns are accepted only with original packaging. Earrings cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons unless faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.

It may take up to 14 days to process your return after it arrives at our warehouse. Once inspected, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Processing may take longer during peak periods.

Certain products labeled “FINAL SALE” are non-returnable.

Returning Gifted Products

Refunds for gifted products will be made to the original payment method.

Sale Items

Sale items are online only. Non-final sale items can be returned within 14 days. Refunds will be issued after inspection. Price differences from further reductions are not reimbursed; return the item and repurchase at the new price if desired.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. Please return for a refund and repurchase if desired.

Refund Timeline

Returns may take up to 14 days to arrive and be inspected. Refunds are issued within 14 days of receipt, with possible delays during peak periods.

Late Returns

Returns outside the 14-day window are subject to review.

Faulty Items

Faulty items purchased within 6 months are eligible for a full refund. Items 6–12 months old may receive a refund at the company’s discretion. Items returned as faulty will be inspected. Wear-and-tear damage will not be refunded.

Orders can be canceled within 15 minutes of placing them via our online portal at meandemchic.com.
