How can I order from meandemchic.com?
Shopping Online:
You can shop online anytime on our secure website www.meandemchic.com.
- Browse and select the item(s) and size(s) you wish to purchase and click ‘ADD TO BAG’.
- Click ‘MY SHOPPING BAG’ (top right-hand side) and review your items, quantities, and pricing. You can continue shopping and return to your bag at any time.
- When ready, click ‘PROCEED TO CHECKOUT’.
- Select your checkout method (create/login to your account or checkout as guest).
- Follow the on-screen prompts through our secure checkout process.
- Once your order is placed, an order confirmation will be sent via email.
How do I log into my meandemchic.com account?
- Click ‘SIGN IN’ at the top right-hand side of the page.
- Enter your registered details to access your account.
I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
- Click ‘SIGN IN’ and select ‘FORGOT MY PASSWORD’.
- Fill in the required information and follow the prompts to reset your password.
Do I need an account to order online?
You can shop without creating an account. Registering provides benefits such as:

How do I know if my order has been placed successfully?

Currently, we do not provide gift wrapping or gift receipts, but we plan to introduce this service in the future.
How do I use a discount or promotional code?
- Click the shopping bag icon at the top right.
- Select ‘REVIEW BAG AND CHECKOUT’.
- Enter your discount or promotional code in the designated field and click ‘APPLY’.
Discounts are prorated across multiple items and any returns will adjust the discount accordingly. All promotional offers are subject to terms and conditions specified in the promotional material.
Can I make changes to my order once placed?
Orders cannot be amended once processed. In some cases, you may cancel the order entirely and place a new one.
Is it possible to cancel my order?
You may cancel an order within 15 minutes of placement or up to 24 hours before the dispatch date for pre-purchase items. Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled and must be returned via our returns process.
